Austin, Shirley, Gus, Rebecca and Fred welcomed the scores and scores of people who make the annual
trek to Uncas Farm on Townhouse Road. Gus was making pancakes in the sugar house while Austin 
tended the fire and answered questions. Mark Fenderson and his son, transported the people by tractor
driven cart to the sugar house next to the Sugar Maple grove. Rebecca tended the store where their great 
natural food products are sold. This annual event provided a wonderful opportunity to show some of whitefield's 
greatest treasures.
