* If the power goes out, please refrain from flushing the toilet (power is required for our pump).

* Be careful what you flush ...dental floss and "baby wipes" have caused problems for our ageing pump. We are trying to avoid it's costly replacement as long as we can.

* Please return your garbage can to your garage as soon after  pickup as possible.
